1859-O "MPD" Seated Liberty quarter (question, but sorry, no images)

An 1859-O Seated Liberty half-dollar I'm cataloging has a misplaced "9" in the lower rim. Anyone know of such a variety? Is there a value premium? It is definitely there, but I'm sorry I can't show an image as it is not my coin.

Breen listed it as a blundered date and as very rare but he called lots of coins rare that are not so today. I don't know much about these but the book was handy. :)
