i think my dilemers are

 

is it true ?

is it RD ?

is it a proof or Just lucky

and is it gradeable

According to the price, Dooly. Not a terrible coin. I've seen that sulfur look on many uncirculated IHC'a similiar to the top right obv of this coin. That may be what it's from but not for sure. If this coin is selling cheap, might be a nice buy. If not cheap-no chance.
