What does "J E U" mean on a PCGS slab?

I encountered an 1874 III-nickel in a PCGS PR66 slab. Under the grade are the initials "J E U". Anybody know what that means?

James, check with Legend.Numismatics. I believe I saw that notation on some pretty impressive registry sets of a client's of theirs and which are on display in their cases here in Milwaukee.
