Grade REVIEW How Does Work??

i have two modern gold commemoratives that i feel were graded to low. Both coins are designated 1986 $5 PF70 and 1987 $5 PF69, no cam or ultra designation. My grading experience/talent has much to be desired. One coin is a Ultra Cam all the way, only hoping for CAM Designation.

 

1) How do I submit this claim?

2) What's Charges will be incurred

3) Can you downgrade a coin during this review

Tom,

 

NGC charges $10 per coin for Designation Reviews. This is how you would want to submit your coins for this service. The coins will be reviewed and processed within 5 working days upon receipt. Since this is a service for designation only, the grades will not be changed.
