Well this was a Buy-It-Now on eBay.
I have been looking for a half-dollar waffle for about a year at a good price.
It the NGC slab they usually sell for $49+ and I got this one for $22.49.
I am building a waffle set.....only the dime, penny and dollar left.

The key coin to the half dollar set!!
It took me over a year and bidding on over 30 coins before I won this one.
I was trying to get the coin for $100 and just a few days ago I bid $126.69 and I didn't win
so today this coin ended and I bid the $126.69 again and I got it for $85.50 with shipping.

Chris I think you miss read my post. I have a blunt 9 in NGC PF68UC and a point 9 in
NGC PF69UC. I said I am still looking for a blunt 9 in NGC PF69UC.
I just have interest in the ultra cameo coins.

AWESOME...BOILER

That will do! Fortunately, I have everything ready to go for my short trek to Orlando on the 9th, so I can make time to go through them. How rare is the Blunt 9? Are there any population estimates?
Chris
According to Breen the Pointed 9 is seen on Proof and business strike coins for the year and it estimated that fewer than two million coins with the Pointed 9 were produced. The variety is a linchpin to a complete collection of the Roosevelt Dime series, much as the Blunt 9, though considerably scarcer.
The blunt 9 in just PF67 goes for about $60.

Give me a break, Jaime! Are you going to make me go through the 60 sets I have looking for a "blunt 9"?
Chris
I have 2 Pointed 9's in PF69UC but I haven't been able to cherry pick a Blunt 9 yet.
60 set would only take a few minutes
Do you have comparison photos so I know what I'm doing?
Chris
Sorry this is the best I can do with what I have.
