    CDN was acquired by Salzberg/Eichenbaum of CCG/NGC in 2015. Which was sold to Blackstone in 2021. So this is really just a quiet proxy purchase by Blackstone. Great.....Blackstone now owns the Red Book, Whitman Coin Shows etc. Can't wait for them to squeeze out more money!
