Don't know if it's real but the cover made me laugh.

To be honest, I've never seen a book like this before. If possible, please post a link to Amazon with it. I'm currently in the process of writing an article about alcoholism. I found a lot of information here for myself. This makes my job easier, so there will be time to read the book. I’m sitting here and thinking, why haven’t I met her somewhere before? Is this some kind of rare book?

And how do you like the book? Did you like it?

This is a link to a PCGS thread about one of the goofy attempts to have a standard bi-metallic "coin." (See my book Fads, Fakes & Foibles for a bunch of others.) I thought it would be of interest to a wider audience than found on the other site.

    https://forums.collectors.com/discussion/1041746/a-look-at-the-eutopia-dollar

(The Bickford pattern coin is covered in the book, and dispels most of what was once believed about the pieces.)

This really sounds interesting! Creating a standard bimetallic coin is no easy task, and the history surrounding attempts of this kind can be surprising and exciting. The book Fads, Fakes and Weaknesses is sure to be full of amazing stories about this and many other amazing coin projects. I just found economics help for the university, I use https://edubirdie.com/economics-help for this. I will have time to read the entire book. Thanks for the tip, now I'll have something to do this weekend.

Was it @Goldfinger1969 or @Hoghead515 that was looking for a book on collectors some time ago? Or maybe someone else - I forget. Q.

David Bowers wrote one that was published by Stack’s Bowers Gallery in 2020 that might be of interest called Those Who Led the Way.

It’s out of print, but can be found occasionally. Just thought I’d mention it if either of you were still interested. I’ll send you the table of contents if you’d like.

I just love books like this. Lately I've started reading a lot. I even found spss assignment help for college, I use https://essays.edubirdie.com/spss-assignment-help for this. I couldn’t imagine that over time I would develop such an interest. Before, I didn’t feel it in myself at all.

This will be interesting to me too!

I know this isn't a coin, however i am hoping an expert could explain the chemical reaction that has happened. The silver bar was orange/red colored on a reeded  edge. It was sealed by the  mint. As it didn't appear to be normal tarnishing I broke the seal and washed it  in distilled water with a spritz of dawn detergent. Immediately the spritz foam turned orange/red. Upon rinsing the discoloration had completely disappeared and the bar looks like new.

I am aware of green slim caused by PVC as i have a couple of Lexington commemoratives that had the slime problem.  Is the problem on the bar similar to the reaction with pvc, sulfer maybe? Would appreciate any thoughts on this.

The orange-red foam probably indicates oxidation or reaction with some substance on the surface of the silver. Maybe sulfur in the air or in some of the print compounds. I would recommend asking the chemistry assignment help service for help, use https://mysupergeek.com/chemistry-assignment-help-service for this. This is if you want to know the exact answer. But you can analyze everything yourself.

I always liked watching this kind of thing.

I recently made such a deal myself. Books are actually very important to me. I read a lot and because of this in college I ask to do my assignment, I found https://assignmentbro.com/ca/do-my-assignment for this. But I would like to get rid of half the books already. I want to exchange them for something, I just haven’t received a good offer yet.

    Wonderful coins.

I agree.  I have multiple copies myself as the book itself may one day be a hot collectable.  It is my bible for identifying and collecting saint varieties.  Nothing else comes close! Imagine being a niche collector of these for more than a decade and then discovering a wonderful book on the subject!  Thanks again Roger for the quality of your scholarship and the depth of your research. 😊

Well, I don't have multiple copies, I have just one. I also believe that it can become a collector's item. I recently read "hamlet" and used https://edubirdie.com/examples/hamlet/ to do so. Still don't understand why so many people don't like it. It sounds like a worthy masterpiece to me as well.
