That is some WILD relief!

Nice looking coin for the grade. Do you agree with the grade?
I do, but I think it could have been a 62. I don't think that there is strong enough luster to make 63.

Not new, but it was recently slabbed and I just re-imaged it tonight.

FUN show newp
I think you just need to post state quarters or something from now on.
I'm sure, however, that any state quarter you bought would be infinitely nicer than any one I would have the luck to find.
Am I correct in assuming that the G,S, and C around the obverse rim stand for gold, silver, and copper, respectively, with their weights in grams appearing before them?

I know where that large cent came from, too!
I feel so left out...

I don't have good enought lighting to image proofs!
I finally usurped my camera back from my dad, so maybe I'll give it a shot tonight.

I just got a San Fran proof gold commem for Hanukkah. I was out of the case when I got it; it has a few small hairlines. I figure there is no point in returning it as I will only get one returned for the same reason.
I don't have a picture, but they all look the same.

Zach, It is not a problem coin -- my comments were a tongue-in-cheek dig at gmarguli who said in another thread that the new ANACS has nothing but problem copper. IMHO, the above coin is exactly what you should be looking for in a circulated matron head large cent -- great color, luster consistent with the grade, a nice strike, and no distracting marks, hits, or spots...Mike
Oh, that went right over my head the first time 'round...

Hi Mike!
I'm just trying to learn here, as I might get a large cent in Baltimore, but why is that a problem coin?
Thanks,
Zach
