    I DID NOT DO THIS TO THE COIN AND IF YOU LOOK AT THE EAGLE THERE ARE ZERO FILE OR UNEVEN MARKS ITS SMOOTH AS GLASS ONLY IN THE EAGLES RELIFE PERFECTLY OUTLINED HOW COULD SOMEONE SAND OR GRIND DOWN THE EAGLES RELIFE SO PERFECTLY AND ALSO THE EDGES ARE GROUND EXACTLY THE SAME WIDTH AROUND THE COIN ON BOTH SIDES IM NOT DISAGREEING WITH YOUR ASSESMENT BUT PLEASE EXAMINE THE TAILS SIDE AND THE PERFECT OUTLINE WHERE THE EAGLES RELIFE IS MIRRIOR SMOOTH AND LOWER THAN ANYTHING ELSE ON THAT SIDE OF COIN AS WELL AS THE ONLY THING THAT IS THIS WAY.     I WOULD APPRECIATE ANY FEED BACK REGARDING WETHER OR NOT THIS APPEARS TO BE AN ERROR PLEASE NOTICE RING STAMPED AROUND INNER EDGE OF BOTH SIDES OF QUARTER ALONG WITH UN READABLE BLOB TYPE MINT MARK AND WHAT APPEARS TO BE A TOUPE TYPE MARKING ON WASHINGTONS HEAD.     I found this quarter and would appreciate any help in determining whether it is a mint error coin and if so what type.
