    I found this 1992 penny it has alot going on with it and I can't figure out what it might be can anyone help me out with this coin.... I don't know if it's a proof coin or whether it's alot of doubling on reverse and the designer marks are messed up

    I961 Lincoln penny I think this has some strong doubling in date and liberty especially it's rotated die about 30 percent rotated is this a penny that has a premium value possibilities....
