  1. Hello again Pluckline. All the best for the new year. Did you decide what you wanted to do with this coin? regards, Nick
  2. Hello PluckNine. May I ask what the jewellers are offering you for it and what you might sell it for? Nick
  3. Whew, this is beyond my budget. But I’d like to learn more. Thank you for your responses. What do you mean by ‘presentation pieces / patterns’? And if you become aware of any for sale I’d still have an interest in observing, so would appreciate an alert. Many thanks
  4. A beautiful coin. Not fussed re condition or date, but wanting the gold variant.
  5. Have noted comment that not rare. Still interested in buying one if anyone knows of availability. A long family story re my interest.
  6. Hello. This is the Venetian silver quarter ducat inexplicably cast in gold. Dating is correct. Damaged for jewellery. I note you are a dealer. I could be interested in purchasing it.
  7. Hello, I hope there is still some interest in this coin. I am aware of two similar coins, cast in gold, but for Aloise Mocenigo with the mintmaster Giacomo Anzolo Foscarini, shown on the coin as GAF. Both coins had circulated in the Ottoman world and are pierced for jewellery. I would be interested to know if more information has come to light on these coins, and would be interested in acquiring one.
