  1. I was curious about this too. I emailed this question to NGC a couple of days ago, but haven’t yet received a response. My question was how will the green sticker premium be determined? Will it be a percentage of the coin’s score or is it somehow related to the score of the coin in the next grade up? Also, will both NGC and PCGS coins be eligible for the CAC sticker bonus? I assume so, but just wanted to confirm.
  2. I really like the decision to award CAC approved coins more points. Green stickered coins represent the mid to upper end of the grade spectrum, while gold stickered coins represent at least the next grade up. An NGC or PCGS graded coin that has been reviewed by CAC, but didn’t receive a sticker can be accurately graded, just not in the upper end of the grade range. The absence of a CAC sticker doesn’t mean that NGC or PCGS assigned the wrong grade.
