Have you talked to NGC about it? Should be easy enough to stop.
I did message Ali E. directly but thought a little public shaming was in order, and who knows maybe there are other victims?

Every couple of years this piece of work tries to transfer all of my coins into his sets- what gives? Is this some type of criminal game I'm not aware of? Its a pain in the butt having to deny 35 transfers

The coins are identical- coin for coin. That's why I posted two photos showing identical proof Morgans with identical toning. It's a small community- Laura at Legend is his dealer, she is also probably the one who posted both sets and crossed the coins.

I hope so- as I mentioned previously I buy coins, not holders- so I have a mix of NGC and PCGS. Honestly I don't care what holder a coin comes in if it's the right coin for me, and I have never crossed over a coin. I was active in the NGC Registry but not the PCGS Registry because NGC accepted both PCGS and NGC coins, and when NGC dropped PCGS coins I stopped posting to the Registry. Now I'm coming back, as I suspect others are as well, and I hope they will do more to clean up the Registry.

More rant? Simpson has a bunch of sets in the NGC registry (for example the #2 proof Morgan Dollar set)- he has subsequently recertified all of these coins with PCGS, put them in sets in the PCGS registry, and not deactivated his NGC sets. So the same exact coins currently occupy the #2 sets in both the PCGS and NGC registries. One set is in PCGS holders, one set is in NGC holders- but they are the exact same coins.

I have 16 Best in Category awards for my competitive sets, and I stopped using the NGC Registry cold turkey when they would no longer add PCGS coins. Now upon receiving their email I just added 21 PCGS certified coins, and I'm happy they have come to their senses and decided to support the hobby and not just NGC. Quality coins come in both holders, now we once again have a place we can share our entire certified collections. Thank you NGC!
Why Is Registry member Coin Fisher again trying to transfer coins in my set to his?

Thank you Ali! Yes my set contains 31 coins, and I went through the process of declining the transfer 31 times yesterday. It's just a pain to have to do- and if I had been on vacation and not looked at my email for a week conceivably I could come home and the set would be gone! And we're talking a #1 set with 12 "Best in Category" wins. It's dishonest, deliberate, and should warrant a ban in my humble opinion.
