  1. I got a .3 for SG for a total of 10.33. the Lincoln Cent weighs 3.1 grams; when I tare the scale and submerge the coin, I received a reading of .3
  2. There are patterns, lines and --script but I can't capture on my camera. There are a total of 10 or more markings scattered throughout the coin.
  3. Someone would really need to see this coin first hand in order to appreciate it and see all the other identifiers and markings. The pictures I took are the best I can do but do not give full credibility.
  4. Hello, well I did perform a specific gravity test. Although, I could only get a .3 based on a weight of 3.1 grams. My scale needs to be calibrated I'm sure. I tried other coins such as a 1gram aluminum but couldn't get a reading. I'm thinking my scale could have a sensitivity problem. Although other Lincoln cents with the same weight came to a .4 for 3.1-3.2 grams
  5. There's no way, here is a cent struck on an India planchet. Do you think the same?
  6. The coin was very brown when I found it but I decided to gently clean it and it's bright gold
  7. Ok, so; I went through about $50.00 in Change from the bank. I picked up a Lincoln Cent. I found Arabic text and other markings on the coin. The Lincoln Cent looks like gold. I don't know what coin this Lincoln is struck on and if anyone could help identify it, I would be super thankful!
  8. I'm thinking of using NGC metallurgical analysis if I send it in. I should be able to keep you updated
  9. Hello, I am curious to see if anyone has the knowledge of the possibility of an 1874-G 1 Pfennig having a reeded edge similar to a us dime? I have one here with me. I thought this mintage had a smooth plain edge.
  10. So I have this 1966 Lincoln Cent. The Head of Lincoln is much wider and taller than other cents. It seems like the coin has been stretched somehow. Also the coin appears to have more than one strike on the reverse. Could someone please help to identify this error? The coin weighs 3.1 grams
  11. I the doubling looks like this but the letters are doubled to the left and not the right
  12. Hello everyone, I wanted to ask an important question or two about my recent discovery of a 1982-p zinc small date DDR. I have what is identical to the 1982s I see but only the doubled reverse is counterclockwise. Also it is a very strong spread across United States of America as well as E. Pluribus Unum. My question is; how did this happen and would the values of the clockwise and counterclockwise be the same? I was lucky to find one in MS condition. I tried my hardest to get a picture here but my camera is just too weak. I'm using a 15x loupe. The coin is in red condition.
  13. Here is a genuine example from Heritage Auctions with the same markers such as the arc under 18 die break
