Yes, it was the 2019 estimated enhanced reverse proof American silver eagle, that came with a number certificate of authenticity period which NGC and PCGS did slab them separately usually with the grated coin. As with this basketball coin the number on the certificate does not indicate the order of production. The only numbered certificates were the RCM issued set of the 2019 enhanced reverse American silver eagle and enhanced Canadian coin, they only issued10, 000 sets. they were the only numbered certificate sets that were issued numerically according to the production date that I know of. I listed yesterday the basketball colorized 50 cent piece on eBay with a sign numbered certificate number 199 and until today that was the only signed certificate set listed. But now I see a second person has listed the signed numbered certificate on ebay. If anyone knows how many hand sign number certificates there will be produced please let me know as I don't know how rare mine will become thank you Timothy

Dear nice people on this chat room, here is a picture that I took today of the sign numbered certificate of authenticity that came with the colorized 50 cent clad basketball coin. The coin looks perfect perfect to my naked eye, do you think I should send it out to NGC and get it graded? Also can I do that and still hold on to the pictured certificate of authenticity that was signed and numbered#199. Do you think they would encapsulate the COA for an extra charge? Any advice will help this newbie thank you so much Timothy

Dear alex, I seen on eBay what you mean, also you can buy the first strike pf70 version for anywhere from 129 to $169 today. I did a search on eBay for the 2020 colorized 50 cent coin and my question is my listing which is of course a ridiculously high amount because I don't want to sell something cheap that is valuable. So I am waiting but I do not see anyone else listing a sign number certificate yet on eBay. I just would like to find out how rare it is to get a hand signed number certificate with a basketball coin purchase. I don't know if it would be valuable and of course would not be as valuable as the 2019 S mint enhance reverse proof American silver eagle with a number certificate. But would the rarity of only or 500 sign certificates that are numbered increase the value significantly enough for me to keep it and pass it down or should I hold on to it, should I send it out for grading and get a first strike designation from NGC and if it comes back pf70 would it sell at a higher price if it included the hand signed certificate of authenticity numbered with the low number of 199 or not? Until we know how many certificates will be hand signed and numbered I don't think anyone can determine the value of having one. Timothy

The information from the mint is that they will put hand sign and numbered COA's in random orders that they send out. SIMIL AR TO THE WAY THEY RELEASE THE W MINT MARKED QUARTERS. BUT THE COA THAT I RECEIVED HAS THE MINT DIRECTOR'S SIGNATURE ON THE FRONT AND A NUMBER 199 IN THE LEFT HAND CORNER WRITTEN WITH THE SAME PEN BY HAND. HOWEVER JUST AS WITH THE 2019 ENHANCED REVERSE PROOF SAN FRANCISCO MINT COIN THE COAS NUMBER DOES NOT REFLECT THE ORDER IN WHICH THE COINS WERE STRUCK, UNLIKE THE RCM VERSION OF THE PRIDE OF TWO NATIONS NUMBERED COS THAT THAT REFLECTED IN THE NUMBER THE LOWER THE COA ON THE COINS THE EARLIER THEY WERE MINTED. I'm trying to find out how rare it is meaning the number of signed certificate of authenticities numbered that the US mint will issue in total period as I said I have assigned certificate I received today with the 50 cent basketball coin. And I do want to sell it on eBay but I have no idea on the rarity or am I so lucky to receive the signed certificate number 199 today that I should not sell it because I have no idea of the true value on the item.
