Ebay has known about this for 3 months They have over $4500 in sales of FAKE coins in just the past 60 days. Ebay does nothing about this user except take their cut $$$$

Ebay has known since 4/28/2017 that this is a seller of counterfeits. It has been over 2 years that they let this continue. Ebay's inaction is CRIMINAL!

At least this seller (foxcoins) admits he is selling fakes. It is very likely the buyer will re-list them and scam someone. The 6 counterfeits should be gone on 5/5/19.

My first question would be, what do you intend on doing with them? If you are going to sell them, where? If Ebay, I don't find it worthwhile to TPG anything with a value under 200$
Are you going to keep them? If so, I would only TPG the very highest value ones.
I would look around for a local coin shop that is a authorized NGC/PCGS dealer. They should have advice and opinions. My LCS went over my top 30 coins, gave me advice on which to submit and sent them in for me at very little extra cost.
Chances are that you can sell them away from ebay easily by offering 10% less than they would go for on Ebay.
How familiar are you with grading or coins in general?
I would be sure to not touch any with bare hands, post some pictures as Mark said and see what others think.

Since i posted that name 19 hours ago, that seller had 4 items removed by ebay and will have another 9 removed tomorrow morning, 4 of which are reposts of the 4 from yesterday.
From now on, I will post the seller name as a title and a link to their items as the body. Posting pictures is too cumbersome as I have to download them and resize. Kinks to the items won't last 24 hrs as they get removed.
Often I just go for the items that are easy for me to prove counterfeit. I'm sure there are other counterfeits and other people that can prove them as such with grater ease that I can.

Should I just keep editing a single post of counterfeit ebay sellers or make a new comment for each? I have a ton of them but won't put a seller that has one fake occasionally or has questionable items. Only the ones that are attempting to defraud with provable counterfeits.

This is the link to the Code of Federal Regulations page for the Hobby Protection Act and it's reform the Collectible Coin Protection Act.
This defines what is an acceptable reproduction and the laws concerning them. The FTC is supposed to enforce this, but I don't think they care to.

Ebay seller foxcoins continues to list counterfeits. They describe them as such but without COPY on thee coin, they are illegal. The buyer of these may not disclose that they are counterfeit.
