Does anyone collect the Japan colorized 1000 yen coins?  I have managed to collect them all except the below but these are kicking my .  Not for sure what they look like or how many were minted.  I know some of these were by lotter only.  When I look in NGC and PCGS registry some of these have yet to be graded.  Looked on the Japanese mint web site and dont see any information on these.

Building this set with the grand son so would like to get this competed but these three coins are just kick my rear.  Any words of wisdom would be greatly appreciated?

Buy some air tight coin capsules they are cheap and provide great protection for the coin you can get them on EBAY or any coin store.  You might want to make sure these aren't fake prior to sending them to grading if you decide to have them graded.  A lot of the Fat Man coins are counterfeit that are floating around.

There are two types of this coin but not for sure how to tell them apart.  Could someone please point me in the right direction.  I believe it is the dragon scales but not for sure
