How long does it take from the time a package is received to the time it is opened now? Opening dates are not posted any more. Just wondering? Thank you, mike

I have a submission in house right now (5976969). One of the tokens, J I Case WI-700A-2b is how I listed it on the submission. This token is not listed in brass,but I feel that it is. When NGC did the verification it was changed to WI-700-A-2a. My question is will the graders decide if it is brass or if it is now listed as copper that's final. This vendor does have brass tokens listed, just not this variety. Thank you, mike

Hi I collect civil war tokens, I have a penn. token that was once though to be a Ohio token. Mine is graded and the holder says Easton, Pa. F-320A-5a. I would like to know why this token and one that was just graded on 1/26/2021 of the same merchant are still being listed in the Ohio section of the census. Can these be moved to the Penn section of the census? Thank you, mike
