I haven't done this much on the coin side, but when I do this with my notes signature set, when I put a new number (like 35) in for the slot number of the new slot, it auto-updates the slot numbers for all the slots labeled 35 and later to be 36 and later, adding 1 to each. When I save the set the new slot is in the right place. Does that not work on the coin side?

I have reached out to our programmers to review the process for ordering slots in a Custom Registry set.  Once I have a response, I will send an email to the address we have on file.

When I'm adding a coin to a custom set, sometimes I need to add it into the middle of the set. Is there any way to quickly and conveniently just insert it into the middle of the set and push everything else down?

To illustrate: I need to put the coin at slot 35. If I do that, now I have 2 35's, and they aren't necessarily in the order I want. I could update the number of every single coin after that in my set.... but when that's 40 coins or 60 coins, I really don't want to do that every time.

Is there an easy way to do this that I'm just missing? Will this be a feature in the new custom sets? Are the new custom sets ever going to appear?

    Hello,

Thank you for the inquiry.  Below is a help link for NGC Custom Registry sets.  We will forward your comments to our the Senior team regarding the sort order for Custom sets.  The NGC registry is planning to add Custom Registry sets in a future release, however, we do not have a date for the release.

How do I add coins to a recently created NGC Registry Custom Set?

    Hello,

Would you please send certification numbers for these coins to registry@ngccoin.com?  We will be happy to research the best way to display your coins.  Unfortunately, your 2 and 5 Mark coins were inadvertently allowed in the circulation issue sets and have been removed.  We apologize for the confusion.  If you need further assistance, please email registry@ngccoin.com.

Can you have a registry for ancient and medieval coins?

Thank you for the request James.

These coins are more suitable for a Custom Registry set.  Please let us know if you need further assistance with the NGC registry.  You may email the registry team at registry@ngccoin.com.

I have a registry set of circulating Loonie dollars from 87-present. One of the coins in the set is designated as "2010 Lucky Loonie". Repeated searches for this coin turn up the 2010 Olympic Loonie coin. This makes sense since the "2010 Lucky Loonie Colorized" is the same design as the Olympic Loonie. My question is this, are the 2010 Lucky Loonies the same coins as the 2010 Oympic Loonies?

    Thanks,

    Mark

Link to my set of Circulation Loonies

    Hello Mark,

Thank you for the inquiry.  The design is the same as the 2010 Olympic coin and there are non-colorized and colorized versions of this coin.  If you need further assistance, you may reach the registry team at registry@ngccoin.com.

    Hi Maribeth,

I sent the email (with KM#s), any idea if this might be approved?  I may have gone SLIGHTLY overboard with the details, the with/without gold, etc.  :D

    Thanks!

    Hi Star City Homer,

We received the email and your request was added to our queue.  We research these in the order in which they are received and we will email you once we have had an opportunity to review your set request.

    Hello,

Could you consider type sets for Italy by reign.  Specifically I'm interested in a denomination set (not including gold necessarily--or one with gold and one without) for Vittorio Emanuele III.  As a separate set I'd still like a set for Albania under the Italian Occupation too--also with good old VEIII on them.

    Thanks for considering!

    Hi Cathy,

Thank you for the requests.  Would you please send your certification numbers and please include the country, denomination and date range for consideration to registry@ngccoin.com?  This will assist us in determining the best way to display your coins.

    Hello keys213,

Thank you for the requests.  We will look in to creating a set for the Cook Islands S$20 MS coins and sets for Samoa.  Once we have graded additional Niue S$7 coins, we may revisit creating a set to display your coin. Thank you.

Hi, I was just uploading pictures of all my NGC graded coins in my registry set. I was able to post all my photos, but they are rotated 90 degrees.  How can this be fixed?

I appreciate the help and thank you.

    Hello,

Thank you for the inquiry.  The Collection Manager/Registry does not have photo editing available.  You will need to edit your photos on your computer and upload the edited photos to your gallery.  Thank you.

Thank you for providing the cert number. We have not yet graded enough of this type of coin to build a new competitive set. Should we grade more coins of this type, we may revisit this in the future.  Please let us know when we may be of further assistance.

I would *really* like a Morrocan set with all types minted under the French protectorate. I know that you've done a limited denomination set (at my request), and a 25 centimes set that is basically pointless, but a set of coinage from Morocco from Krause Y#34 - Y#54 would be awesome. I would really like a complete set, but even a type set that included all these items would be ok (since most of these were one year types).

It would, of course, be even better if this set accepted pieforts and essais.

    Hello Physics-fan3.14,

Could you please provide the certification numbers and the years you are requesting?  Please send them to registry@ngccoin.com and we will research your request.

Can you look at adding more sets for Norway, which is highly under-represented.  I am specifically interested in a Multi-Denomination Type set, a 1 Kr Type set, and 1 Kr 1951-57 set.
