    You paid to have the coins grade. Thus you got a refund for the value of the graded coins. Why would you get a refund for the grading? If they had not been graded, you would not of gotten a refund at the graded amount.

    Awesome! Thank you everyone for the details! And just FYI, I am trying to get them at PF 70 UC graded by NGC. I know some of the slots are going to be pretty rare and expensive to get, but I've been able to pick a decent number of year so far. Thank you!
