The only variety for the 1883-CC NGC will attribute is the VAM-4.

I have an 1883-CC with some of the same clashes. It's hard to tell from your pictures but is there a small dash under the second 8 in the date? You'll need your loup to see it, unless you have really good vision! I agree with Bobby. Check out Vamworld.com and they have some great reference material and pictures. Also, check the Variety Plus page on the main NGC website to see what varieties they will attribute to your coins.

You got it right Bobby. I see the same clash as well.

I've had some great buying/selling/trading in the last week. Many thanks go out to cbc, jayman1970, six mile rick, and robec1347! All great guys to work with and I am pleased with the transactions I've made with each of them!
Edited for spelling.

It's an excellent coin to add to any collection! Congratulations!

Beautiful Morgans JP! I could see that 1903-O in a 66 holder if the obverse is just a good as the reverse! Great pickups!

Another great transaction with wdrob! Excellent service and fast shipping! Thanks for the great SMS set Bill!

Completed a couple of deals this month with 2 CS members.
Wdrob- Excellent coin! Great guy to buy from. Very easy to work with and no run-arounds! Very straight forward. Thanks Bill!
Jwc- Great buyer. Sent me a PM concerning a recent listing amd made a deal in the same night! Sent payment as soon as he received my invoice. Doesn't get much better than that! I hope he enjoys his purchase! Thanks Jerry!

I am very happy with this coin. I prefer the Half Dollars over the quarters, mostly because I like the larger coins, but I think this will be a piece that I hang on to for quite a while.

Just got this one back from NGC today. It's graded XF40. It's not as nice as some of the better pieces I've seen so far on this thread, but it is special to me because this is the first coin graded XF40, according to the NGC Population Census. I think this is a nice example of a circulated coin that still shows some good details. For those who would like to see the Cert. Page, the number is 2598005-007.

I got this 1992-S Washington Proof quarter in some change today at the gas station! It's nowhere near uncirculated but it was still an awesome find nonetheless!

I'm piecing together 4 sets right now, just picking up coins for each set as I can find them. If I can afford 2 or 3 coins at one time, I jump on it. Otherwise, I'll buy one coin in a higher grade for the Trade, Morgan or Peace set. I'm putting together a Walker set, a Trade dollar set, a Morgan set and a Peace set! I definitely have my hands full but it's something I plan to accomplish over a long span of time. I'm hoping I can complete my Walker set in the next year or two.

Thanks Prepper! The Walker is my favorite of the half dollar series. I'm trying to put together a nice Walker set along with my Morgan and Peace Dollars. My goal for the Walkers is VF-XF from 1916-1929, AU50-MS65 from 1933-1947. I still have quite a ways to go but I'm gettng there slowly but surely!
