Nice looking copper Hard Times. i posted this 38 S Lincoln the other night as a recent addition to my 34-58 Lincoln CAC set. Lesson learned on this coin. I am normally meticulous when it comes to verifying certification numbers on coins. Bought the 38 S from a seller that i have been doing business with for a long time. Verified the NGC #s but I forgot to check them in the CAC database. 38 S NGC # is good but it does not show up in the CAC database. Failed to do my homework on this one. The seller is a top notch seller and he took care of it for me with no problem. Remember, knowledge is your friend

I have had this raw 1909 VDB Lincoln cent for about 7 months. I just sent it into NGC today with some other Lincoln cents too have it graded. Sharp details on both the obverse and the reverse. It does have a lot of carbon spots but I still like the overall look. I will make a future post and let you know what it grades.
