A few more coins that I won today at Heritage to add to my Morgan set. I'll post better photos once I have them in hand:
-
Finally received this recent Teletrade coin in the mail today (took about two weeks to get it) It looks 100x better in hand than in their images.
Here's the new image of this 1884 MS66*

Finally got around to imaging this recent pickup from Heritage

Beautiful pickups everyone!! I'm especially diggin' all the bust coinage.
Well, nothing special on my end but I did manage to upgrade my Morgan set with this 1884 MS66* from Teletrade last night
-
Picked up a few Morgans for my set at Heritage's Beverly Hills auction
-
can't wait to see your photos HiHio

Love the 45-S Mercury toner Filthy-H. Excellent photos too.
I just picked up a very nice blast white 1943-S Merc in an old NGC no line fatty holder that graded MS66 FB.
Hopefully I'll get some time to photograph it during my day off on Monday.
Thanks HiHo, I'm having fun with my new camera and lens. Not a pro yet, but I'm beginning to get the hang of it

Beautiful toner Sy.
And switching it up.......
This last one looks MUCH more lustrous in hand (Dean could vouch for that)

Here's a 1926 Oregon trail commem that I recently picked up. It's one of my all time favorites

That sure is a sweet lookin' nickel Joe!!! Very nice indeed
No nickels for me this week, but I did manage to pick up this IHC.
-
Thanks fellas. I have one more on my bid list at the HA Long Beach auction
-
Nothing special, but still, another upgrade for my Morgan set.
-
id love to see the reverse of that 54 S. sweeet coin as well
Ditto ^
Obverse is killer though. Nice pick up

Hey Joe, if you ever get tired of looking at them, I think I know someone who might be interested
edited to add: mainly that beautiful 1917
-
Not the best photo I've ever taken ,but I think I've just given up trying to perfect the fine art of numismatic photography. The colors however, are pretty accurate.

There's nothing wrong with that Morgan, Eggbone. It's a nice original example AND a tough date. Nice pickup!!

Thank you Mark. She's a peach! Nice addition.Great pickups there Sir Hoard. That seated half shouldn't see the light of ebay, or should I say the darkness of ebay. Try the Marketplace first. I'm sure there will be buyers.... esp if I can free up some cashola!Sam, I don't plan on selling it if it looks as good in hand as I hope it will. I have my fingers crossed. But if I were to sell it one day, I'll definitely let you know

This is the last one for the evening. I am officially done in Houston!

Beautiful seated 20 cent piece Lee (thumbs u

Don you picked that Seated Half up for a very good price, let us know how it looks when you get it . Tampa – a good amount of great looking coins up for sale , including a nice selection of Bust Half’s .
That price on that seated half was too good to pass up. If I don't like how it looks in hand, I don't think I'll have a problem selling it on E-bay.
I'm definitely looking forward to the Tampa auction. I might even head down there. There's one heck of a MS IHC at Tampa that I'm looking at, but it's guaranteed to sell for a BIG premium
-
Just won this one for my type set. Not the best looking seated half, but I feel that I got it at a fair price. So far, I'm 2 out of 3 in Houston. I have one more bid on a Morgan and then that's it for me until Tampa.
-
Mark, that would've if you outbid me. I should have e-mailed you
And thank you Bobby!

That's one of my favorite modern commems Crohnos. I'd keep it as is and save the grading fees. Merry Christmas
