My first RPM...1959 D/D/D......sellers pics..... I might send this one to be slabbed....some nice doubling on the date also....

Hello all...recently got a new Lincoln from the 'bay'...it took the seller a few days longer to reply to my email about when it would be sent. When he replied, he said he'd send a bonus coin for the wait...here is what he sent...a 1968s Proof dime..the front looks spotty, but the toning on the reverse makes up for it I think...sorry I couldn't get better pics...still working on that.
-
Yes it is...alot closer..a bit on the dark side though..but better. I'll eventually get my Nikon macro lens and flash out and do some better pics....
-
Can anything be done about the spotting?..Is there a conservation method to remove or reduce it?
-
Thank you bsshog....here's the reverse..with the front also for easier comparison. .it has that grainy look I've seen on some of these

Got this on recently...is this a normal coloring for copper of this age? And how close to MS does it look?...seems to be close. The high spots seem to be ok. I know it's not the best pic. A R/B at best, closer to a BR.
