If it were mine I think I would take a shot....I just think it has a lot of personality/eye appeal...It's definitely a PQ65 IMOThe hit on the eagle is not keeping it out of an MS66 holder, but the luster is.I agree. In my opinion, the coin is more then clean enough hit wise to merit a grade of 66, but the luster needs more pop.

Great coin...one of my top 5 on the wish list.....I am wondering if you agree with the grade,What I am getting at is,What is keeping it down to 65?
When I see a coin that I personally ..Well I guess lust after... I tend to study It abnormally long and to be honest I am having a hard time finding fault with that coin. Why isn't it in a 66 holder?

Exactly what he said. That Oregon IS amazing. The strike is magnificent, the surfaces are meticulously devoid of distractions and the toning really shows off the design. -
I'm begining to hate that boiler guyHere is part of the type set. I don't have them all imaged yet -
Hey Mike...Tell me if it's more like this(I hope you don't mind)I don't usually post the auction images of a coin, but I got very good word on this one and paid excessively for it, hopefully, deservedly so, and am quite excited about it. When I get it in hand, if it's half as nice as I've been told, I'll post better photos.Of course, if it isn't, you'll never hear about it again....

I dragged it to my desktop then I uploaded it to PHOTOBUCKET then I quoted you and down in the lower right corner there are some options and one of them is IMAGES..click on that and a window appears and it will have http/ in the box,I always clear that out and then I copy the url from photobucket and paste it in the box.How do you get the picture to appear in the post, rather than as an attachment?hit enter and you are golden. If you go to the section of the forum that says TEST you can practice there.
AND Welcome to the forums.

Then by all meens............Knock yourself out.Can we stop this nonsense, and get on with talking coins?,PCGS takes on myriad issues, and it makes for a better read...scr -
I would think tissue paper.Pretty....I would say something with blue paper perhaps a folder or a bank roll.Dewayne

AWMA GOD ....That is awesome...This one is coming from Heritage. -
I hope the answer won't be much much much harder to post.So what is the bid on that coin and what would you say its worth? -
I almost always have to grab a reference book when Boiler posts a coin. My guess is J-54 – a restrike in copper – based on the cracked obverse die. Beautiful.
Ya gotta hate that
