28 calendar days or business days?

12-day turnaround (Modern/Early Bird) is in business days, not calendar days. Also 'Modern' is running a few days behind. Modern is currently at 19 days (about a month) and Early Bird is at 23 days. You can always check on NGC's webpage. If you need the coin by Father's Day, best bet would be to send it Express (48 hrs, though at $50/coin I wouldn't do it very often)...

As for selling a PF-68, it's possible but I do agree with you... :)
