PCGS Regular vs NGC Early Bird

PCGS Regular is actually more expensive at $150 because there's a 5-coin minimum. NGC Early Bird has no minimum number of coins submitted.

After experiencing some difficulties with PCGS, I don't think I'm going to be renewing my account with them. NGC customer service is better anyway...
