Been gone over 2 months now and I cannot find them

Another day, another mystery. Greetings once more my fellow collectors. Today I went to check on the FMV of my Lincoln Union Shields since they have been missing for more than 2 months now. I guess I should clarify that the 2010 initially had a FMV of $250.00 for a long while and then about 2 months ago that value disappeared and no value for the 2011 or 2012. I posted this question to the chat board and was informed it was a glitch in the program and would be rectified shortly. That was almost a month ago, so today I called NGC and asked the young lady about it and she informed me that NGC does not control the FMV's which are listed in our registry sets but Numismedia has full control over that aspect now and she then provided me with their phone number.(1-949-362-3786) I called and the person who answered did in fact confirm they were in charge of that part of the info for NGC website. When I asked about the Lincoln Shields he said oh no, they are there and when he pulled up his system I heard in a low volume, what the hell, and then he told me his system has no value at all on them but he remembers when it used to. I had to laugh to myself.

He then said he would get this fixed and on the next software upload it would be corrected. I thanked him and hung up.

I wonder how many other mistakes are listed in the FMV and also are any others here missing values for coins that once had them listed
