First time and I was jamming
Greetings everyone;
Well, I submitted my first coin to NCS for conservation and then on to NGC for grading. Since it was my first time dealing with NCS I went in with hopes of salvaging something better than what I was submitting. Oh my was the first words out of my mouth when the coin arrived today and I had my first look at their work.
I have attached a before and after photo for all to see but even the before photo doesn't really show how bad this coin was. It had these "black" spots on the obverse and reverse that looked awful, besides the overall haze. I really thought I was going to get a call with, I'm sorry there is nothing we can do for this coin. Not only did they make it look like it just came out of a fresh proof set from the mint but it graded at NGC as well with regular label !!!!! WOW, I am still in awe of everyone's work at NCS. Well done everyone at NCS, you made my day, week and month and I must admit what a great birthday present as well.
If you have a special coin that needs help do not hesitate sending it in to NCS.
Hope everyone has a great week.
take care my friends...........
Mike
