I am down to two coins in my Kennedy proof collection (1993 Silver and 1998 Specimen). The only '93 I had been able to find was one on Ebay going for $94 Or Best Offer. I offered the seller $50 for the $37 coin, but it was rejected. I figured it would be a hole for a while longer than I wanted.

So this morning, I was looking at coins and I decided on a hunch to check again. I found another one for $31.50! Needless to say, I snatched it up as quickly as I could.

That leaves me with the 1998 Specimen left to go. If Santa Claus doesn't bring it down the chimney next Saturday, I'll pick one up and finish my set by the end of the year. 3.5 years of collecting this set, coming to an end.
