It was bound to happen sooner or later... :)

Submitted the following: 2 x 2005-W, 5 x 2006-W ASE + 1 2005-S Sac. After waiting the requisite amount of time for Modern (which I must say was quicker than I expected), I see that it would mail today. Checked my order and was a bit shocked to see: 2 x 2005-W and SIX 2006-W!! Guess my Sac Dollar got promoted to .999 silver :)

Luckily I was able to call in and stop it before it leaves the building... Problem now is that one of the coins came back PF-70... it'll be a painful wait...

Don't get me wrong. I'm not complaining -- mistakes happen and a goof was bound to happen sooner or later... :)
