Turnaround time...

Is stated in Business days and not calendar days. 15 to 17 days is roughly 3-4 weeks. I've had no problems with using the "Modern" tier as far as timeliness is concerned. When they're shipped, it's usually via Registered Priority Mail... Unless you have money to burn, have a large corporate account, or really needed your coins yesterday, there's no need to spend the extra cash for the FedEx shipping (at least, that's what I've found)
