Venting was my option and NGC had NO PART in it......

Although I stand behind my words I see no reason for any futher contact. Trust is an earned and very objective thing to extend on any level. It is my option alone to decide if I wish to continue a relationship with NGC.

My personal opinion is that NGC is being over run with submisions, hence the extended turn around. NGC is in the service industry and like everyone else I demand service for my hard earned. I did not intend to shake the foundation as I feel they have earned thier place. Your collection is your collection and deal with it as you wish. NGC is a solid and trustworthy operation, and I think they deserve your trust. But they have to see it that way, things have changed. I have coins slabbed for my own reasons "it's my money"
