1868 S XF 45 NGC, IMO, obviously over-graded, should I keep it?

Look at theses images of the coin. Tell me that this is a XF45! I think it is VF35! I paid XF money for it. I wonder how many times it has been sold and returned? I wonder if the seller is part of this community!?
