After Buying this coin, I never thought I'd actually have it in my hands!

A fairly rare, 1856 S Liberty Quarter Eagle, turned up missing at the sellers!!

I bought this coin on eBay December 20. It was a BIN. I thought the coin to be well priced and it fits a couple of different sets. It's worth 1886 Registry points too!

Well, the day after I bought and paid for it. The seller emailed me saying he can't find it anywhere after an exhaustive search. I was thinking he realized he could have sold it for more and was pulling a fast one. He contacted the dealer he got it from and after about a week they decieded that they had never shipped it to my seller. They looked some more and found it. It was shipped to my seller who turned around and shipped it to me.

I picked it up at the PO this morning, January 9, 2010.
