Well, I'm really not sure how much there is, but it will be mine!
My father had a family Pharmacy when I was a kid. After 1964, he would always pull out any silver coins from the till and bring them home. I don't know what is left (my father died in 1982 and my mother has had possession of the coins since). I do expect rolls of quarters and halfs. And 2 Gold Coins- I haven't seen the gold coins since the early 1970's, so I have no clue (memory) as to what they are. I think they are double eagles but I will only know in November. I am not even going to try and ask mom what they are. I hope that they will grade (not Details grading AKA BodyBagged!). Time will tell!
When I visit Maryland at Thanksgiving, these coins and some other items will come back to Denver with me as my mother prepares to move into the Asbury Methodist "Retirement" Community at Solomons Island Maryland.
I will post the results of what I find after I SEARCH the coins for keys after I return from Thanksgiving.
