Won the auction, paid for it and the next day was told the seller canceled the auction!?

This is just another example of the weirdness that is out in the online auction world! Yes I won an online auction the other day, paid for it and then the next day the seller sent an email and canceled it out from under me!

I have never had this happen to me before and am upset that it is allowed at all! Ebay has rules about the binding contract you enter into and all, but this is just silly!

One reason I know that this seller is trying to back out is because they just bought this coin on another online auction. But this time the cost was less than the seller had hoped for. I understand no one wants to sell an item for less than they paid for it! But is this a reason to cancel the auction?
