And a great computer program to track my coins.
Once again just a very little movement with my coins this month. I only purchased one coin in June....I upgraded my 2003 SAE from a PF-69 to a PF-70. The 70s seem to more affordable now for the MS and Proof SAEs and also for the Modern Comms.
In the last few months most of the spare money has been going to small improvements to the inside of our house which has been keeping me busy. Lots of painting, crown moulding, chair rails, and window coverings going up. And once they are finally finished I can get back to picking up more coins...fingers crossed!!!
Back in January I purchased Carlisle's Collector's Assistance PLus to keep track of my coins. It's a cool little program that also keeps up on current values, buying and selling info, pictures, and it is able to be updated with the newest coins released from the Mint. I have my modern Comms, MS SAEs, and Proof SAEs in the program and compared values for the first time since since January. The comms lost a total of $74.25, MS SAEs total value dropped by $33, and the Proof SAEs dropped by $297. The drop didn't bother me too much since I don't collect coins to make a profit but it was great to easily keep track of current values and how they move about.
I have enclosed a pic of the new SAE.
Enjoy your coins everyone
Jeffrey
