2009 Buffalo, Gold Eagle Sets??????????????

I see that NGC has a TBA cutoff off date for Early Releases of all denominations of the mint state and proof buffalos and gold eagles. In checking the US mint's Website there is no indication that any of these coins are to be issued and the product availability is through Winter. I also heard no more domination in any of these coins? NGC do you know something the rest of us don't?
