I am very anxious about the status of the server or the complete backbone system of NGC. For me it is unacceptable that the company has no planned (as we alla can see now) how the upgrade would be made and in what time space.

I know that all major upgrades take place to an alternative, backup server which show all the difficulties at the very first. Then the normal upgrade will be smooth as all problems have been already addressed and the procedure is stable and fast.

I don't know anything about NGC technical stuff but I have to say that this is totally unacceptable. If you don't know how many days an upgrade could take then do not do it. To tell you the truth I'm worrying about the actual data

NGC site is not something something special or advanced. It is a easy, small online Web application. I suggest NGC to outsource the job to a bigger company or hire some advanced Web developers. They could redesign your whole site in about 2-3 months.
