January, 2008 submission still not scheduled for grading?

First a note to those of you who have contacted me offering me encouragement in my current financial situation. The commoraderie of my fellow collectors is one of the things I love the most about this hobby/way of life. Thanks, it really does mean a ton to me.

Now onto my beef/question. I submitted 400 Nickels to NGC in January as a bulk submission. I know from previous bulk submissions that they typically take a month or so to turn around the whole lot. Today, being April 3 marks the 2 and 1/2 month period where NGC has listed the coins as "Received". I called NGC last week and was told that the coins had been looked at by a grader but they probably would not reach my designated minimum grade (MS-66). The rolls I submitted were direct from the US Mint, never circulated, never to the= bank, straight from Memphis to my house...period. Still in the mint issued wrappers and 35% of the coins couldn't hit MS-66? I find that impossible to beleive. Regardless as of this afternoon the NGC website still says "received". 10 weeks....WOW

Now on to PMG. Here's something that I am peripherally interested in, only because some of those older notes are downright cool. This submission was not a bulk submission but, being in the financial situation that I am, I used Economy. So...the notes arrived and much to my delight they were scheduled for graing within 5 days. The PMG website has read scheduled for grading for the past two weeks now.

Anyone else having similar experiences? I am ready to rip out my hair. The best comment I got from my dialogue with NGC over the Nickel Rolls was and this is a direct quote "well we can just send them back to you" After 10 weeks they should have been graded, sent to me, I could have ripped them all out of the holders, sent them in again and received the second or third shipment by now.
