Expensive Month!

I checked on my latest submission to NGC and they are on the way back home. The 1999 Susan B. Proof and 1999 Yellowstone Comm both came back as PF-69 UC.

I also submitted 20th Anniversary S.E. set. I knew the reverse proof would be the only one getting the special designation...it came back PF-69. The 2 other S.E. in the set came back as MS-70 and PF-70 UC. I am very happy with the outcome.

Since I couldn't get my S.E. anniversary set designated, I went out and looked for the other 2 coins to buy. I haven't found a proof one that I like yet, but I did find a NGC graded MS-69 20th Anniversary that I liked. I spent $80 including shipping and I got in the mail the other day....very nice. At the same time I found a ungraded 2002 Salt Lake City Olympic Winter Games Proof Silver Dollar that I am missing and picked it up for $30.

I also submitted some comms the other day...2004 Thomas Edison, 2007 Jamestown and Little Rock High School, and both 2008 Bald Eagles.

I have spent a "pretty penny" in the last month...but hey..that's part of the fun!
