My Suggestion

This is for jayh, about sending in his coins fron ICCS for cross grading. You should be able to submit the coins with the stipulation that if they do not grade at least as high as they already are, then they will be returned un touched. They will still charge you, but you wont run the risk of losing your present grade. The few coins that I have had cross graded, have came back the same. Two 1942/41 Merc Dimes, and a 1921-D Merc Dime. Not sure what the value of your coins are now, but in my opinion, I would rather have the lower grade of NGC, then the 'iffy' grade of some of the other companies.
