Ya know what really sucks?
What really sucks for me, is I placed 3 orders Nov. 19th, and only received one. The other two are lost. Getting the information for the two lost orders was hard, because I could not access my account info. The C.N.R's (cert of non receipt) came in the mail yesterday. I finally found the hard copy receipts, so I was able to fill the forms out. Now, I hope they can sort this out as they renovate their site. And to add another twist, the two that did not show up, were xmas gifts to my nephews. I was assured once they receive the forms, 4 to 6 weeks to fix. HMMMPH!!!
