Are they not real busy??

My 1999 silver proofs were received Aug 30, and today, they are in quality control already. I talked to my wife, and she is gonna let me take advantage of the quick NGC turnarounds, and submit all my proof sets. I have a silver 98 set coming from ebay, and will send it in with my clad 98. But in the mean time, I will send in the 2006 clads & silvers, and the 2007 clads. (Waiting on the 2007 silvers, they are shipped already). So I will be happy to get a majority, if not all my proofs done by late Sept. So hopefully, I will have certified proof sets (silver & clad) from 1998, through 2007. A 10 year run. Then comes finding good sets from 97 and earlier. If anyone has a run of proofs 1997 & earlier they wanna sell, let me know. Depends on what kind of deal you can make me. I will try to get 1960 to 1997 first however, not able to afford the pricey ones yet. My 2007 dollars look good, but Washington has a few spots on the obv. Is that common?
