Maybe PCGS is the way to go

I also have had some time to look at various denoms and grades of coins in shops, and on Ebay. It does seem that PCGS coins are worth more. Not all, but so many that it has me scratching my head. I am pretty sure after much study, that my two PCGS 1916-D Merc dimes would make g-4 instead of ag-3 if submitted to NGC. a $150.00 to $200.00 difference. But if it came back the same grade, would be worth less by NGC. I am going to look at PCGS, and see what the deal really is. I may take my business elswhere also. I would also like to add a dealer to the list we are attempting to post. This dealer is on Ebay, and normally I would not complain too much, but this dealer sold me mint sets that were cleaned. I had to replace 3 coins out of two PDS sets so far, and this dealers grades are about that of SGS. This dealer claims an average of 3 grades higher than the coin really is. Just going by what I have submitted to NGC so far. This dealer goes by 'tarheeler', or 'tarheelr'. Think it is the second one. I must warn everyone away from this one, unless they are offering certified NGC's, or PCGS's. I guess I am feeling better knowing that maybe at least one person who might have purchased something from them, could read this save a possible rip-off. I wish I knew a good dealer, I will be watching the posts for some, and will probably buy through a few of them, rather than Ebay. Getting tough to deal with some people in there anymore.
