Bummer

I recently had a nickel labeled as a 50c piece come back from NGC. When I called them, they said to send the coin back, and they would fix it. It is called a 'mechanical error', and from what I have seen in the last 6 months or so, it happens more than every so often with them. Makes me wonder also about how accurate my grades are on some of my other coins. (maybe sour grapes) but if they have trouble making sure which denomination goes with what holder, makes ya wonder about accuracy in general. I tried to sell my mis-holdered nickel on Ebay, but apparently the person who collects slab-marked errors was out of town that week. My coin was rushed through the system, and I got it back before my other order that was in a week previous to sending it back. They will re-imburse you for postage also. Just save the receipt, and mail them a copy. Hope that helped.
