And even the Statehood Quarters

I think the Presidential Dollar is over valued (even the errors). If you collect them, all the more power to ya. I just prefer the older coins. I have proof sets, and will eventually get them certified NGC, but purchased them for the Statehood Quarters. Alot of people I know collect the quarters, but they collect the pocket change ones. They seem to enjoy it, and thats what counts. I think that the Prez dollars will go down slightly in value, but they will eventually go back up as they get older. The errors are a little too 'convenient' for me. With a war going on, pressure to raise revenue, new costs of possibly a Democratic headed government and other costs that 'Uncle Sam' see's in its future, I wonder if a few thousand, or 10,000 error coins from a few key collectable coins could be 'made', to keep collecting these newer coins fresh in our minds. (how many errors have been discovered for these Prez dollars anyway)? Dont worry, I am not screaming 'conspiracy', -- I just wouldn't put it past them. There seem to be more errors in this decade, then in past ones. It used to be a double die, or a 42 over 41. Now they are missing the whole motto? Or the date is in the wrong side?? What are these guys smoking as they run the mint? Maybe they will start making special 'error proofs', just for people who specialize in error coins? And just for the record, I used to work in the coin room, and soft count as a supervisor at a Casino-Hotel in Laughlin, Nevada. Friends and family would always ask me to buy them the new quarters as they pass through the casino. I would, and still do, even though I do not work there anymore. Even though they will always be worth just face value, they enjoy them. The whole essence of this field of numanistics.
