Gloves or no gloves??
I think
I think that as long as a fingerprint didnt show up 5 years later on a coin I had graded by them, I would not worry about it. I have noticed in my various dealings with people and coins, that rarely anyone use gloves. I have watched people cleanse their hands before handling, but everyone I have dealt with has held the coin by the rim. I handle them the same way. I have dropped coins wearing gloves. I scratched a 1913 Dime, and I haven't used a glove since. But I have also found that other elements affect the coins condition. Sunlight, heat, dampness, and touching certain rubbers, bamboo, ect. (I left a coin on a bamboo placemat for about two weeks, and the side touching turned a charcoal color).I am curious what everyone else thinks.
