I found a fool-proof way

The only way I have found now to avoid buying cleaned raw coins, is to buy certified, proof, or original mint packaged coins; (bank & government rolls also good) Otherwise, just rolling the dice. I have my list of people not to trust buying raw, and it is getting too large. I shudder to think what percentage of my 3 almost complete sets of Merc Dimes have been cleaned. (of course I bought certified on the 1916-D's, 1921 & 21-D's, and 1942/41's). The rest are raw. SCARY!!
